He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Bud" Jr. Beaulieu and Frances Beaulieu (Tomkiel); his wife Barb; and his siblings, Mary Mulligan (William) and Thomas Beaulieu (Jane).
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Michael (Karen) of Newberry, John (Lisa) of Steubenville, OH, Chris (Karen) of Newberry, Anne White (Brian) of Sault Ste and Marie; his siblings-in-law, Jim Middleton (Judy) of Waukesha, Wisconsin, Caroline Michaletz of Las Vegas and Beth Wearing (Jim) of Clintonville, Wisconsin; and his stepmother-in-law Gerri Middleton of Clintonville, Wisconsin. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
