It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecil Gladwin Cornell of Newberry, Michigan, born in Germfask, Michigan, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cornell and Sarah Cornell (Decker); his wife Rena Mae Musselman; his children, Susan Olkkonen and Donald Cornell; and his son-in-law Luke Prince.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Willis (Jason) of Newberry, Charles Cornell (Diane) of Newberry and Paul Cornell (Debbie) of Newberry. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
