He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cook and Edna Cook (Barton); his siblings, Dale Cook and Nora Bolthouse; and his brother-in-law Sidney Rader.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, David Cook (Jennifer), Deb Trzybinski (Dan), William Cook Jr. (Karen), Michelle Domasik (Ben) and Sue Kruithoff; his sister Nadine Rader; and his brother-in-law William Bolthouse. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
