He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Steenland; his children, Thomas Steenland (Sally), Cindy Sherman-Steenland, Caryn Steenland, Janelle Peasley (Brad) and William "Billy" Steenland; his daughter-in-law Wendy Steenland; his grandchildren, JD Steenland (Elizabeth), Tyler Steenland (Brittany), Trevor Steenland (Breana), Angela Allen (Anthony), Cody Steenland, Nicole Steenland, Lindsey Sloan (Nate), Greg Sherman, Jack Peasley, Brett Peasley and Blake Peasley; and his brother Tim Steenland (Sharon). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
