It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verda June Bushen (Newaygo, Michigan), who passed away on May 17, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Verda June Bushen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Crotser and Ruth Crotser (Kniffen); her former husband Larry Abbott; her granddaughter Tamara Abbott; her siblings, Dorothy Hunter, Evelyn Rounds, Helen Cattanach, Doris Corrigan, Alvin Crotser and Eldon Crotser (Sam); and her stepson Randy Bushen.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon Bushen; her children, Holly Bauer (Ray) of Newaygo, Clint Abbott (Michelle) of Newaygo and Lori Long (Phil) of Grand Rapids; her grandchildren, Bethanie (Dean), Jeff Bauer (Jessica), Nathan Bauer, Matthew Abbott, Aaron Abbott, Jamie Abbott (Kelly), Amy and Caroline Long; her stepchildren, Cindy Garcia (Rudy) of White Cloud, Mark Bushen (Joann) of White Cloud and Jane Gray (David) of South Carolina; and her sisters, Frances Pyper of Grand Rapids, Bea Newton of Newaygo and Sally Wright of Kent City. She is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren and 18 step-great grandchildren.
