He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Cook and Darlene Cook (Hamel); his wife Pattie; and his brother James Russell Cook. He is survived by: his children, Monica Welch (Bob) of Bradenton, Florida and Ron Cook (Irene) of Howard City; his grandchildren, Paul Schroeder II (Jessica), Allie Bush (Raymond) and Willie Cook (Becky); and his uncle Bob Cook (Clara). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
