It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Deater (Newaygo, Michigan), born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on January 8, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lester Isaac and Audrey Marland Forsberg (Swanson); her children, Christine McCormick of Comstock Park, Ronald Wight (Pat) of Grant and Ralph Lambert (Jackie) of Gravette, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hilton, Troy McCormick, Zack McCormick, Rebecca Wight, Toby Wight (Holly), Jennifer Lambert and Michelle Migliorato; her great grandchildren, Lorenzo Diaz, Isaac Wight, Adriana Alvarez, Autumn Wight, Austin Wight, Dale Wallis, Victoria Wallis and Jennifer Lambert; her sister Nancy Simpson; her husband Donald Deater; and her brother Dan Forsberg.
Friends may consider memorial contributions to the Spectrum Health Foundation for the DeVos Children's Hospital.
