He was predeceased by: his grandson Robert John Billings; and his sister Nancy Staffen. He is survived by: his parents, Chester Billings and Leone Billings (Taber); his wife Elaine of Newaygo; his children, Kelly Billings (Hope) of Amarillo, Texas, Stanley Billings (Debbie) of Tennessee, Anna Brooks (Keith) of Amarillo, Texas and Kenneth Billings (Kristy) of Alabama; and his brother Lloyd Billings of Lawrence. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
