He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Payne and Evelyn Payne (Hughmeyer); and his wife Florence Payne. He is survived by: his children, Rick Payne, Rodney Payne and Norma Campbell (Carol). He is also survived by brothers and sister, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
