He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bulk and Hazel Bulk (Barnes); his grandson Derrek Bulk; and his great grandchild Zylie Faith Eaton. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Maksymowski; his children, Donald Melvin Bulk (Jeannie) of Newaygo, Daniel M Bulk (Cynthia) of New Smyrna, FL, Dale M Bulk (Sherry) of Barryton, David M Bulk (Kimberly) of White Cloud, Douglas M Bulk (Stefanie) of Newaygo and Dawn M Bourdon (Gregg) of Newaygo; his sister Dorothy Kwantes; and his niece Joan Nagle (Patrick). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
