He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scrivener and Hattie Scrivener (Shank); his wives, Donna Scrivener (Smith) and Betty Scrivener (Hole); his sister Viola Croft; and his stepson Shawn Bennett.
He is survived by: his children, Perry Scrivener, Deb Vogel (Marty), Diane Merritt, Steve Scrivener (Lisa), Dale Scrivener (Sue), Tammy Benedict (D. J.), Rose Diekema (Shannon), Leanne Denslow (Robert), Richard Bennett, Jessie Long (Robert), Edward Bennett, Elizabeth Cain (Marty) and Judy Plunkett (Richard). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
