He is survived by: his parents, Duane Chase and Rose Crowley (DeWindt); his siblings, Joshua Chase, Jason Chase (Dana), Amanda Szabo (Charles) of Ricki Oldenkamp, T. J, Angela Gomez (Ed) and Heidi Galka (John); his nephew Presley Szabo; his niece Lyla Szabo; and his girlfriend Linda DeWitt.
