She was predeceased by: her parents, Elza Long and Beulah Long (Behler); her husband Robert Mais; her children, Loretta Glowacki, Allen Middleton and Lewis Middleton; and her son-in-law Roland Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Lance Glowacki of Texas, Alida M. Butler (Brad) of Grant and Amy Jeanne Williams of Grant; and her stepchildren, Robert R. Mais Jr. (Cathy), Michael Mais, Debra Mais, Brenda Hertgers (Randy) and Cathy Dawson. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
