He is survived by: his partner Ardith Siegel; his daughter Deborah MacDonald (Steve); his grandchildren, Gabrielle Nemets (Daniel), Emma Shell (Jaime) and Nicholas MacDonald; his children, Penny Sage, Cliff Afton, Nancy Hulsebus, Jeff Afton (Kris), Russ Afton (Debra) and Wendell Siegel (Karen); his great grandchildren, Randy, Dana Sage, Whitney, Dan Peters, Heather, Jake Chapman, Cortney, Nick Larsen, Nicholas, Lindsey Afton, Philip Afton, Katherine Afton, Michael Afton, Elizabeth Afton, Jen, Brett Hopp, Bob, Christa Siegel (Brennan), Kevin, Mandy Siegel (Colin), Brian Siegel (Brittany), Brenda and Adam Rowell; and his siblings, Betty Mosketti (Steve), Jack Koning and Karen Irving (Art). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and great-nieces/great-nephews.
