She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Blondeel, and Audrey Blondeel, Sr. (VanPatten); her son-in-law Russ Phillips; her brothers, Robert Blondeel, Jr., Ken Blondeel and Harry Blondeel; and her brothers-in-law, John Slater, Brent Frantz and Michael Holmes.
She is survived by: her spouse Sid Holmes; her children, Brook Phillips, Brad Holmes (Rachel) and Becky Scott (Clint); her grandchildren, Brandon Phillips (Amberly), Wyatt Phillips, Emma Holmes, Bradley Holmes and Gage Scott; her great grandchildren, Waylon, Oakley and Riggin Phillips; her sisters, Gerri Slater, Cheri Kennedy and Penny Frantz; and her sisters-in-law, Deb Blondeel, Sylvia Bull and Marie Holmes. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
