She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Christenson and Celia Christenson (Nelson); her husband Carl D. Johnson; and her son Doug Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Charles Johnson (Carol Nickles) of Newaygo, Steven Johnson of Newaygo, Kathy Johnson of Newaygo and Sue Johnson of Newaygo; her daughter-in-law Mary Johnson of Newaygo; and her sister-in-law Linnea Godfrey. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the Harbor Hospice, 1050 W Western Ave Ste 400, Muskegon, MI 49441.
