It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Russell Cook of Newaygo, Michigan, who passed away on April 23, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Cook and Darlene Cook; and his great grandchild Kaiser Cook. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Cook; his children, Russell Cook (Kelli Berend), Dawn Hawley (Jeff) and Robert Cook (Dawn); his brother Ronald Cook; and his uncle Bob Cook (Clara). He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Croton American Legion Children's Christmas Fund.
