He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Green and Nina Green (Denslow); and his sisters, Carol Fletcher and Beatrice Fox. He is survived by: his wife Terri Green (Kaslow); his son Joshua Green (Holly); his nieces and nephews, Keegan (Rachel) and Kaz (Molly); his siblings-in-law, Sherri Knight and Danny Kaslow; and his mother-in-law Dorothy Kaslow (Gigowski).
