He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Ostman and Effie Ostman (Dykhouse); his wife Arlene; his granddaughter Kendall Michelle; and his sister Doris Ostman.
He is survived by: his sons, Dr. David Ostman (Rhonda) and Doug Ostman (Sally); his grandchildren, Taylor, Jake Siegel and Jade; his girlfriend Charlene Winegarden; his siblings, Eugene "Joe" Ostman and Patricia Ostman; his parents-in-law, Jerry Bos (Kathy) and Pat Uecker; and also Nick Westcott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
