He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wayne and Alice Davis Sr. (Mavis). He is survived by: his wife Carmelita Quimson; his son Chase Davis (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Mackenzie and Allen Davis; his great grandchild Mia; his brothers, John Wayne Davis, Jr. (Penny), Gary Davis and Donald Davis (Patricia); his nieces and nephews, Brianna, Cody and Riley; his brother Ron Davis (Lynn); his nieces and nephews, Gabe and Michael; his sister Stacy Yance (Justion); and his nieces and nephews, Alexander, Isabella and Many. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, step nieces and step nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
