He was predeceased by: his sister Sara Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Duane Johnson and Lori Johnson (Harrison); his wife Krystal; his children, Trinity Johnson, Mariah Johnson, Maxxamillion Rogers, Alexandria Johnson and Endigo Johnson; and his sisters, Melissa Fingland, Tracy Newhouse (Will), Stephany Johnson and Jessica Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, friends.
