He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Tina Passage, Theresa Goodenough (Bob), Maija Mulnix (Rich), Donald Passage (Carla) and Julie Schnicke; his grandchildren, David Shaver III, Danica Shaver, Dustin Shaver, Darcie Slocum (Rich), Dana Strickler (Michael), Danielle Levandoski (Collin Lewis), Christena Levandoski, Andrew Passage (Stephanie), Logan Passage, Caleb Mulnix, Dylan Mulnix, Maverick Hacker, Leticia Schnicke and Ryder Schnicke; his great grandchildren, Reagan Lewis, Charlotte Lewis, Jonathon Shaver, Jayden Shaver, Jaxson Shaver, Jonah Shaver, Jakob Shaver, Joyanna Shaver, Mazely Slocum, Autumn Passage, Meadow Passage and Arbor Passage; his brother George Passage (Anna); his brothers-in-law, Jim Bowser and William Hogan; and his nieces and nephews, Warren Passage (Sarah), Jody Galens (Karlis), Keri Griffin (Dan), James Bowser (Tammy), Kip Bowser (Beth), Amy Jo Russell, Jimmy Hogan, Sean Hogan, Katelyn Pistone (Justin) and Jena VanDeweerts (Joel).
