It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donavan Marcus Stevens of Newaygo, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 20, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Tony Cooley; and his uncle Larry Cooley (Lala). He is survived by: his fiancé Alexus Richmond; his son Donavan Marcus II; his parents, Harry Stevens and Lydia Stevens (MacDonald); his siblings, Isaac Stevens (Wendi), Josh Stevens (Jessica), Kasey Stevens (Abbey), Dimi Schondelmayer and Chloe Stevens; and his grandmothers, Jeanine Oswald and Sarah Cooley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reslife Church (14734 215th Ave, Big Rapids, MI 49307). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
