He is survived by: his wife Brandy Westcomb-Swartzfager; his sons, David Swartzfager, Samuel Swartzfager and Garrett Slominski; and his siblings, Rick Swartzfager (Belinda) of Lake Havasu, Becky Rankin (Josie) and Wendy Tate of Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
