He is survived by: his wife Agnes Franks; his children, Bob Franks, Charles Franks (Sharon), Lucy Geldhof (Richard), Linda Paton (Richard), John Franks (Linda), Gayle Noyes (Ralph), Dale Brockway (Theresa), Vicki Harris (Robert), Roxann Valadez, Barbara Brockway (Matt Padula) and Tricia Brockway; and his siblings, George Franks (Ida Mae), Nancy Williams, Ray Franks and Jim Franks. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
