It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Godfrey of Newaygo, Michigan, born in Jasper, Georgia, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Godfrey and Betty Godfrey; his grandson Baby Shon; and his siblings, Roger, Ronnie and Debbie.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Tina (Wes Emert), Susan (Dan Krieger), Jenny Godfrey, Nikki (Brian Turner), Allen (Michele Kibbey) and Jason (Tara Kibbey); his sister Judy Stewart; and his siblings-in-law, Barb, Dan Stevens, Glenn, Chris Harvey, Bobbie and Donna Harvey. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
