It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anthony Frank Polasek Jr. (Newaygo, Michigan), who passed away on December 15, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Polasek; his children, Joe Polasek (Tiffany) and Melody Butters (Ben); and his grandchildren, Finley, Elliston, Cohen, Jude Polasek, Emma and Addison Butters.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Fellowship Evangelical Free Church (53 E 88th St, Newaygo, MI 49337).
