He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Mae Chernoby (Longo); his daughter Debra Kay White; and his granddaughters, Patricia and Catherine. He is survived by: his son Andrew Chernoby Jr. (Sandy); his grandson Ronald J. White (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Andrew J. and Kenneth J. White; his sisters-in-law, Julia Connelly and Lorraine Chernoby; his niece Amy Yule; and his goddaughter Cathy DeVries. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
