He was predeceased by: his parents, John Godush and Mabel Godush (Beckman). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Godush (Dmytrowicz); his children, Brandy Cox of Huntersville, NC and Ty Godush of Baroda, MI; his grandsons, Tyler David Cox and Dylan Douglas Cox; and his siblings, George, Jerry, Randy Godush, Martha Kavanaugh and Anne Yeager.
