With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosemarie Phelps of New Lothrop, Michigan, born in Owosso, Michigan, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Cleston and Myrtle Irene Clark (Helms); and her brothers, Dick and Ron Clark. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Charles Phelps; her son Michael Phelps (Amy); her grandchildren, Keysha, MacKenzie, Mitchell and Madison; her great grandchildren, Railynn and Paxton; and her siblings, Maxine Maudlin, Bill Clark (Carol), Jim Clark and Patty Wright.
Donations in Rose's name can be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
