He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maxwell and Christina Maxwell (Fagan); and his brothers, William and John Maxwell. He is survived by: his significant other Beverly Kelley; his children, Kathleen (Ken Taylor), Susan Maxwell (Gary Mahoney) and Robert Maxwell (Dee Baker); and his grandsons, Joseph Taylor, Mark Taylor, Ben Mahoney, Jay Mahoney and Lee Mahoney.
