He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Bullard (Arrowood); his grandparents, Bill, Jennie Arrowood, Eileen Fox and Walter Bullard; and his aunts and uncles, Wilson Deaton, Johnny Herald, Walt Bullard, Nannie Deaton and Bev Murphy.
He is survived by: his father William Bullard; his sister Jennie Carlton (Kevin); his niece Tara Carlton (Olympia); and his nephew Justin Carlton (Korey). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and so many friends.
