He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Winkowski and Marie Winkowski (Derwinski); his sister Antoinette Ryan (Jim); and his brother-in-law Norman Asher. He is survived by: his wife Janet Winkowski; his son Matt Winkowski; and his siblings, Jeanette Asher and Leonard Winkowski.
