She is survived by: her husband Fay; her children, Richard Shanafelt (JoAnne) of Davison, Renee'Shanafelt of New Jersey, Randall Shanafelt of Linden and Robert Shanafelt (Dawn) of Corunna; her grandchildren, Joseph Shanafelt (Amy) of Ohio, Brandon Shanafelt (Amanda) of Oakley, Daniel Shanafelt (Bri) of Davison, Michael Shanafelt (Alissa) of Montrose, Jennifer Shanafelt (Kentwood), Jane Shanafelt of Saginaw and John Shanafelt of Corunna; her great grandchildren, Zoey, Annalynn, Caleb Shanafelt, Lincoln, Alayna Shanafelt, Lauchlin, Michael Shanafelt, Eli and Audrey Shanafelt; and her close friends, John, Yvonne Griffin, Larry, Patricia Fidler, Ed and Sue Lannon.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Robert Catholic Church (310 N Cherry St, Flushing, MI 48433).
