She is survived by: her husband Bill Bullard; her children, Jennie Carlton (Kevin) and Greg Bullard; her grandchildren, Justin Carlton (Korey Kinde) and Tara Carlton; her great grandchild Cade Carlton; and her siblings, William Arrowood (Jessie), Nannie Fletcher, Betty Herald and Barb Johnson (Jerry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
