He is survived by: his wife Vada Howard; his children, Charles England, Debora Self (David), Wanda Warr (Randy), Annette Scroggins (Irvin) and Jayson England (Stephanie); and his siblings, Austin England (Josephine), Darlene Milkey (Lee Roy), Leonard England (Tammy) and Diane Mathias (James). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
