He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Horning. He is survived by: his spouse Ivy; his child Kim (Paul); his stepchildren, Butch, Roger (Maxine) and Carol; his grandchildren, Tim, William, Cheyenne (Dylan), Syndey, Dujuna and Cristale; his great grandchildren, Colton and Chesney; and his siblings, Peter Horning and Patsy Hillstead.
