She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony; her sister Geraldine; and her brother-in-law Paul. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Head (Gary), Bruce Ballnik (Rachel), Doug Ballnik (Joyce), Daniel Ballnik (Cheryl) and James Ballnik; her daughter-in-law Laura Black; and her grandchildren, Kent, Scott, Jeff, Marc, Rebecca, Andrew, Chris, Jennifer, Amanda, Evan, Kristianna, Joshua and James. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
