The memory of Donna Rae Gates of New Hudson, Michigan, who passed away on September 16, 2024 at the age of 77, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Tait and Ruth Tait. She is survived by: her husband Norman Gates; her sons, Jeffrey (Cheryl), Brian (Lisa), Anthony (Holly) and Richard (Karen); and her sister Nancy Grimm (Jesse). She is also survived by her ten grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the West Highland Baptist Church (1116 S Hickory Ridge Rd, Milford Charter Twp, MI 48380). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the New Hudson Cemetery (30515 Milford Rd).
