He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Daisy; and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Samulak (John) and Kelley Kiszka (Mike); and his grandchildren, Kate, Sara, Evan, Megan, Rebecca and Justin.
