She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Wallace Allen Cook; her children, Douglas (Deborah) and Nancy Klix (late Howard); her sister Dorothy Eugenia Walters (late Fred); and her friend Jean Forrest Phillips. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
