He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Evelyn. He is survived by: his children, John (MaryBeth), Jacqueline (David) and Jennifer (Kevin); his grandchildren, Mathew, Eric, David, Garett, Shane and Sara; and his siblings, Janice (Frank) and Daniel (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
