He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Jenks. He is survived by: his children, Dylan Michael Jenks, Ryan Kathleen Jenks and Tristan James Jenks; his father Michael Jenks Sr.; and his siblings, Terri Mikolowski, Charles Gauthier, Jr., Christine Scarlotta (Daniel) and Stephanie Carter (Kenneth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
