She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stout and Elta Stout; and her husband Charles P. Harrell. She is survived by: her children, Jim Marcum, Gayla Marcum and Pamela Harrell; her granddaughter Shantele Marcum; and her sister Jean Epperson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
