White; his daughter Ashleigh; his son-in-law Jeffery Janisse; his grandsons, Jack and Jameson; his sister Kathleen Arnold (Joel); his nieces, Cristie Murphy, Arianna White and Mackinzie Makemson; his father-in-law Donald Makemson Jr.; and his brother-in-law Donald Makemson III.
