He is survived by: his father Joseph Noe (Judy); his wife Teresa; his children, Joseph (Jennifer), Michael (Kimberly) and Christal (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Dominic, Anthony, Jack, Natalie, Olivia, Adriana, Ella and Savannah; and his sisters, Josie, Annette and Teresa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
