She is survived by: her parents, Donald Guitar and Jacqueline Guitar (Bushnell); her children, Kiley Haack, Nessie Harris (Robbie Stieg), Andy Harris (Griffin Hollers), David Hall (Brianna Harrah) and Chelsea Voigt (Ray); her grandchildren, Zaiden Stockwell and Brynleigh Hall; her siblings, Keith Guitar (Denise), David Guitar (Denise), Denise Guitar (Robert Peuterbarugh), Donald Guitar (Jennifer), Ron Jackson (Tiffany), Dianna Kuypers, Carol Tyler and Marvin Guitar; and her close friends, Jamo, Boss and Astro.
