She is survived by: her husband Chad A. Kubik; her sons, Daniel and Matthew; her mother Chesterine Gum; her siblings, Steve Gum (Colleen) and Christina Gum; her sister-in-law Kelly Kubik-Wright (Mimms); and her nieces and nephews, Connor Gum, Sarah Gum, Maura Gum, Felix Wright and Wren Wright.
