He is survived by: his children, David Locklear, Heather Mansell (Brandon) and Dora Mattucci (Billy Lowe); his close friend Linda Flaherty; his grandchildren, Derrick Newman, Samantha Mattucci, Kraig Mattucci, Frank Mattucci and Alexander; and his brothers, Sam Locklear of North Carolina and Steven Collins (Jackie) of North Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and TONS of friends.
