He was predeceased by: his father John Manning; and his sisters, Darlene Moore and Estelle VanHaezebrouck. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Stephen Manning (Stephanie), Scott Manning, Monica McCoy (Timothy) and Kristen LaCroix (David); his grandchildren, Erica, Nolan, Ethan (Kellie), Matthew, Johnathan and Sydney; and his daughter-in-law Veronica Manning. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, along with many nieces and nephews.
